Trash the Dress is a fun name for a creative bridal photo shoot. In fact, many times, a TTD session has nothing to do with "trashing" your wedding dress at all!

The concept of "Trash the Dress" stems from the idea that you'll never have to wear your wedding dress again and it's a symbol of your love and dedication to commemorate your marriage by doing an alternative, creative bridal photo shoot involving the dress.

Many times, dresses are just exposed to urban locations or places where you wouldn't normally see a wedding dress. Take our signature image, for example, of the bride on the carousel:

Another out of the ordinary image - a shot of a bride in an outdoor shopping mall. This one has been glammed up a bit!

Doing something whimsical or out of the ordinary while wearing your wedding dress is so much fun for you, as well as a creative opportunity for me! The more interesting, strange, or offbeat - the better it is!!! South Florida has so many beautiful and interesting places to shoot at - there are many ideas that we can come up with if you'd like to go the more whimsical route.

However, if you're interested in getting a bit wet, I'm not going to stop you! When the bride decides to get in the water, we can truly make some gorgeous, classic images - that of course I can spice up with my special brand of flair. :) Here are some beautiful examples:

As you can see, none of the positions the brides put themselves in actually harmed the dresses themselves. In fact, a quick trip to the drycleaners was all it took to take off any of the dirt or sand. Most brides have no desire to harm their dress, and many even donate their dresses to charity after they're done with the photo shoot!
