The other day, my friend Frank Fradella stopped by our house so I could show him how to use his brand-new Canon Rebel XTi! Frank is going to Shanghai in another week or so (he is learning Chinese) and he wanted to purchase a camera that would allow him to get much cooler shots than his five year old point and shoot. You might remember Frank from a shoot that I did with him on the set of his short film for "The Valley of Shadows."

Frank is a quick study, so I suggested the Rebel and told him I'd teach him how to use his lenses and show him some fundamentals and tricks for getting the kinds of shots he hopes to get. I just can't wait to see what he ends up with! Here's my awesome friend, Frank!
